collaboration for the golden knights with their commentators, a low alcohol hazy for the arena, super cool idea and a very modern beer, love the lower alcohol for a stadium setting, and the hop profile is fantastic, juicy and tropical without being fruited, a sweet spot in the current market for sure, real well executed. cool to see an old school operation like this nail something so right now, very neat. pale and wheaty looking, nice uniform haze to it, fluffy white head, some modest murk to this, not dense but not all that lightly hazed either, especially at this abv it looks a little more robust. the aroma is great, tropical indeed with notes of pineapple, coconut, and even papaya to me, orange and lemon too, and some subtle herbal freshness, some oils but short of weedy or dank, and the bitterness is kept smartly low it seems too. some grain starch in the nose but not really malty per se, simple stuff really, but well put together. juicy fruity flavor too, navel orange and pineapple, almost morning juice vibes, soft from the grains, pillowy even, with some late guava and lychee summery umbrella drink character coming in, really reserved bitterness, and spritzy carbonation, light for how it looks, but satisfying too, and the finish is drier than most so its pretty quick. neat project with the hockey team, and a rather compelling and sessionable hazy overall, really dug this!
