The beer pours out a pale golden straw color with a tinge of haze, and a thin white head---------------- the aromas are pretty subdued, there is some sweetnes and floral notes and that's it---------------- the flavors are of light lemon, minerality and grass, the beer has a thin mouthfeel with a crisp light bitter finish-------------- overall this was a well made kölsch light and refreshing
