Begins with slight malt flavor with a subtle sweetness. Hop character pounces with a light flavor of spices. Finishes dry with an infusion of sweet hoppiness.
This pale is versatile and partners well with burgers, pork loin , grilled steak and poultry. Delicious with salmon—grilled or smoked.

Came in a standard pint a clear rich copper color with a very ell defined frothy half finger white head,nice richness and clarity in the body.Floral hops stand out most in the nose along with some caramel malts,a hint of earth as well.Quite a hefty caramel/biscuit flavor up front on the palate melding into fruity sweet hops that linger in the finish.The description on the menu was pretty spot on,pretty good.
