Our Tripel Belgian Style Ale opens with a mild blast of hops that slowly gives way to the fruity esters implied by our Belgian yeast strain. In the Belgian tradition of brewing singles, doubles and triples, Tripel is the strongest with the longest fermentation. Remarkably smooth and complex, it is more of a sipping beer.

Came in a small tulip glass a hazed orange tinged golden with a creamy like white head atop.Mild tropical fruits and yeasty esters in the nose with a sharp alcohol presence.Yeasty and spiced up front on the palate with tropical fruits and some breadiness midway,a decent shot of alcohol in the back end.Not bad but top notch really either.

22 oz bottle. Slightly hazy pale golden body with a white head. Aromas of yeast, candi sugar, fruity esters and a hint of sweetness. Flavor is pretty nice for the style. Lots of yeast, dough with a tiny sweetness to elevate it from the malty/yeasty base.

Poured typical to the style, cloudy with a golden hue. Sampling from an Olde English pint glass, the first taste reminded me of any of the trappist beers (Chimay Blue comes to mind). Fruity, sweet, high ABV(always a plus), however extremely easy to drink. Hats off to White Rabbit, well done...can't wait to try one of your other brews!
