Ridley's IPA

This ale poured a deep clear amber, thin tight white head left a bit of lace. Aroma is almost not there. Even though this is a British IPA I expected something to whiff. Very creamy mouthfeel and full bodied, very smooth but some of the bitters I've sampled this year were hoppier than this beer. Still a decent flavor albeit a bit unusual, and I could not pin it down. It was pretty fruity though. Not what we in the U.S. expect from an IPA but I enjoyed more than it sounds like.
