Old 504 Coffee/Vanilla Porter brewed with Cherries and Cocoa Nibs.
On tap at The Barley Oak for Louisiana Craft Beer Week kickoff.
Appearance: pours black, dark brown dinging of head. Bits of lace.
Aroma: chocolate and cherry dominate, though it's not over the top. The coffee and vanilla are subdued with the additions. Some roast as well.
Taste: nice chocolate and cherry with some backing coffee and vanilla and roast. It's kinda like a cherry coke, but not at all in a gross way lol
Mouthfeel: good body, creaminess, medium to full body.
Overall: it's quite good. Less coffee, but it's an even trade off I think.
