From Carrefour. In Teku glass. Watching House of Cards 1x05. Foam quickly dissapears completely. Odd malty notes, not bad but odd, with a citric, lemony profile. Fizzy feeling

BB June 2006, served chilled in a jug.
A: pours a pale yellow hue, hazy, coming with a white frothy head fading out slowly; the carbonation is incredibly low...
S: a lovely, perfumy note of green bean paste, grainy malts, and sugar-cane+corn-ish sweetness at the back; hop entry is very low, but the overall aroma is pleasant and approachable, with some depth as well.
T: a slightly floral+faintly honeyish sweetness follows the light and slightly watery grainy maltiness; little aftertaste is there for grabs, with only a touch of dryness at the back smacking of something remotely linked to hops, but it's too faint and doesn't provide a balancer against the grainy theme.
M&D: very thin-bodied, stale, but pretty soft on the mouthfeel, due to the lack of fizziness I suppose. Overall, it's either that this beer's almost off, or I can't appreciate its "subtlety", if any. I personally don't like it, but wouldn't refuse to try its draught version someday at the brewery or a good pub~~

This is a brand new organic beer from Pinkus (Feb '04). Using organic Tettnang hops, along with organic malts. Clear golden when poured, it ended up with an nice frothy white head. Very fresh green aroma. Taste was not strong, but medium bodied, with a grassy hop finish. Easy to drink, and darn fresh when I had it.
