We set out to make a beer that tasted like tequila, and Mexican Spring was born. Brewed with agave nectar for a touch of sweetness, with a refreshing twist of lime on the finish.

On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a snifter. Pale golden colored body, white head. Light bodied and quite bitter, with notes of grain and citrus. Crisp finish, with a lingering bitter note on the palate. This would be a good all-around table beer.

Hazy gold with drippy lacing. Citric lime aroma.
Agave sweetness, lime tartness, light wheat backbone. Interesting nutmeg note buried in between the agave and lime.
Crisp and very refreshing. More than meets the eye, described as an American wheat, but it has quite a lot of unique character.
