Pours a clear, copper color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong pale hops, citrus hops, resin, alcohol, and sweet malt. Fits the style of an American Double / Imperial IPA. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is a strong bitterness. Tastes of strong resin, strong piney hops, citrus hops, earthy malt, slight sweet malt, alcohol, and a hint of yeast. Overall, good appearance, strong body and aroma, but a little earthy for my preference.
