my first gruit and I'm not sure what to think. It has a very clean cracker maltiness with a bit of added sweetness that is reminiscent of honey. Then on the finish I'm getting a dry bitterness and an unidentifiable spiciness. It has a very similar finish to Midas touch from ddh, so I'd guess saffron.
