Don’t be scared. This is one epidemic you’ll want to catch. An imperial IPA brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops, this beer features intense floral and tropical fruit notes with a slightly bitter finish.

On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA. Served in a 5-ounce snifter. This was a gusher right out of the tap. The bartender finally managed to coax a beautiful pour of golden amber, with a thick white head. Good retention, with sheets of pretty lacing. Aromas and flavors of pine, citrus zest, and tropical fruit, with a floral overtone. Medium bodied, with a clean and bitter finish. Awesome pairing with a cheeseburger and fries, but I think this would make a great food beer. Overall, you can't go wrong here.
