Pours a dark, coppery orange coloration with a large, creamy off-white head. Smells pleasantly of tropical fruits with a hint of bready malts and pine. There is a very nice balance of hoppy, tropical fruitiness (mango, passion fruit, papaya) and slightly sweet bready maltiness to the taste, complemented nicely by a bit of pine and a certain grassy, herbal note, followed by a dry, lingering bitterness. Definitely one of the better German DIPAs I've had.

Pours an orange, amber color, with a half-finger sized head, soon disappearing.
Immense aromas of tropcial fruits, foremost papaya, orange, pineapple, and tangerine. This gets rounded down with a hint of lime, in cooperation with biscuity malts, a gentle honey infusion and a balancing addition of pine.
The taste yields juicy, ripe mango and papaya, with hints of banana and a gentle kiwi sting, sustained by bready malts, which got a honey note to them. The sweet fruit flavors change on the palate, as a slightly metallic carbonation comes up, turning the beer in a very dry direction within a split second. The lurking bitterness releases itself in an almost pungent way, creating a brief burn on the front of the tongue, while it collides with the lively carbonation and the fruits. The resulting chaos on the palate rearranges itself, with the help of a solid bready malt-backbone, bringing earthy notes and necessary balance to the brew. Finishes very dry, while it restores some of its sweeter qualities, adding to the malts in a toffeish way, among crisp citrus peel and grassy herbs.
