Overall I really liked this beer. Living in Cologne makes this a very solid affordable sour.

Hazy straw color with white head. Aroma has sweet lemon, coriander, wheat and some chemical note. Taste is tart and has lemon flavor, wheat is also present but also the same chemical notes from the aroma. Light body with medium carbonation and alcoholic/chemical feel. Overall this is not what I would expect from a gose. It has some similar elements but it's not really true to style.

Picked this up at Feine Biere in Gärtringen, Germany. Hazy yellow-orange pour with a quickly fading one finger white head with minimal lacing. The nose resembles a gueuze with lots of must and barnyard along with hints of citrus, grass, and hay. The taste follows suit with huge sour notes along with hints of citrus, barnyard, corriander, peach, gooseberries, and subtle saltiness. The mouthfeel is tangy and sour with fizzy carbonation and a crisp, tart, dry finish. Overall, this was a very surprising beer. Extremely refreshing and hugely drinkable. Right up there with some of my favorite sours. Highly recommended!

Giant white head, with a hazy amber yellow-orange color.
Wheat, a bit funk, fresh hay and a little peppery. Sweet, fruity beginning, apple and peach. Hay and wheat are present, adding a lovely earthy note, which results in a smooth mouthfeel.
Taste gets even better, as spices, clove, become recognizable. Finish gets fruity-bitter, not the usual hop aftertaste, a lot more refreshing, while also hints of wheat are still present. Great balance, as the beer develops several different taste impressions, all flavors blend well together to an overall very enjoyable Gose.
