Pours a slightly cloudy, deep golden coloration with a medium, fluffy, lasting head. Smells of doughy malt, citrus and spice, with notes of orange rind and coriander, as well as just a hint of mint. Taste is an excellent balance of doughy malt, slightly zesty, orange rind, coriander and mint, as well as some fruity hops coming through as well, with accents of peach and strawberry. Finishes with a light bitterness and some orange rind, coriander and mint lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium/strong carbonation.

I really enjoyed this one a lot, mainly due to the excellent balance here. You can really taste all the different additives distinctly, without any of them feeling overwhelming or overpowering the others though, while the doughy malts add just a bit of light sweetness into the mix and the Hüll Melon hops offer some light fruity accents as well. Overall, this makes for a very nice Wit with a bit of a twist, that feels light and refreshing, yet quite flavorful, with a great carbonation as well.
