Brewed in Chicago on the Summer Solstice 2013 by Tom Newman of Celt Experience Brewery, Ben Saller of Atlas Brewing Co. and Jesse Edwin Evans and Samuel Evans of Ale Syndicate. The recipe was inspired by a Celtic legend surrounding the solstice and blends 7 different hops (Cascade, Citra, East Kent Golding, Simcoe, Hallertau, Warrior and Columbus) to create a smooth, citrusy and aromatic double IPA.
At 8.1% ABV and 60 IBUs, Seven Flowers will challenge and excite hop lovers on both sides of the Atlantic.

Tasted in a 12 oz snifter from draft at The Beer Market on December 17, 2015. Look is medium amber with an off-white head and lingering lacing. Smell is ripe citrus fruit, pine, grass and some caramel malt notes. Taste is grapefruit, pineapple, mango, pine resin and caramel malt flavors. Feel is medium in body with a soft smooth finish.
