I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a straight-sided glass. The ABV of this version was 4.8% and it was listed as a single-hop Cashmere session IPA.

Appearance: medium orange hue with a light haze and a finger of ivory foam on top leaving a nice lace.

Smell: light and sweet aroma of stone fruit with floral notes. It's light, but I quite like it.

Taste: lightly herbal with some stone fruit notes; there's just enough sweetness. Single hop can usually not take a beer very far, but this isn't bad.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess. I wasn't really expecting that!

Overall: light and very drinkable. The flavor is not complex, but it's pretty successful for a single hop.
