I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a straight-sided glass. Malasaña is the Madrid neighborhood where the brewery is located.
Appearance: medium-light orange hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam leaving a chunky lace on the glass.
Smell: lightly sweet and a little yeasty, with a bit of a rindey, citrusy character.
Taste: on the sweet side, with a bit of a citrusy, floral fruity note. Actually pretty nice!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer seems a little rough around the edges in parts, but the initial hit of flavor is quite good. I'd have this again.
