Just a very good Helles, brewed at Hofbräuhaus Chicago. Very well done, no off flavors really as far as I could tell. Smooth, clean, very fine foam, head lasts a long time.

Had on tap. Clear lager gold, white head. Smell and taste are the same: honey golden wheat, lager malts and yeast, and a kiss of lemon, taste has more depth. Feel is malty, slghtly grainy, and generally warm with breadiness. Perfect with the german food! The wife liked it
