Appearance: Arrives with a hazy copper color; sheets of lacing line the side of the glass
Smell: Melon and toasted bread
Taste: Toasted bread with caramel; a touch of yeast, spice and a hint of coffee in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: This is one weird beer as it is hard to find the Saison in it and the coffee is very subtle; more like a malty amber with a wink toward a Belgian yeast strain and just a touch of coffee
