A Belgian style ale aged with tart green apples and a secondary Brett fermentation. The result is a dry malt background that gives way to flavors of apple and pear before ending with a moderately sour finish.

An interesting take on a personal favorite style of mine. Pours the usual Amber/Dark Amber color of most Dubbel's. The brett sour kick and green apples sweet/tart really work well IMO. Sweetness of the style also combines with the sour/tartness of that brett and those apples to make a rather balanced experience. Could be a bit more one way or the other to be a little more distinct but it is pretty good overall for me.
