Pours a crystal clear reddish amber with a white head that slowly fades, some faint lacing. Nose of nutmeg, allspice and amber malts. Taste is a classic tripel, prominent funky yeast notes backed up with some sharp cinnamon and english biscuit malt taste. Mouthfeel is clean and slightly glutinous, medium carbonation. A fun, tasty Christmas beer with serious complexity.
