Open fermented IPA hopped with Idaho 7 and a touch of Simcoe.

16.9oz bottle (no date) poured into 14 oz teku. Poured a muddy brownish-orange color with less than 1/4 inch of white head that had low retention and no lacing.
Light malt in the nose, but the featured hops were bright.
Very similar on the tongue, with the hops showing up even more.
The body was light-medium, smooth, and had a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was pretty nice, even though Idaho 7 isn't among my favorite hops.
Overall, a solidly enjoyable brew. worth trying, especially if you like naturally carbed beers.
