Collaboration with Hogshead Brewing
We got together with legendary Denver cask producers Hogshead to brew a cask-collab for the ages.
We came up with an interpretation of a classic Ordinary Bitter, using the best Malts, some interesting new UK hop varieties and fermented with a yeast strain that is a favorite for both of our breweries.

Had on cask. Opaque cloudy orangey brown with a tan cap but solid lacing. Earthy hops with grass, mild toasty malt, and english yeast in the nose. Taste adds robust brown bread and drier malts. Medium bodied, frothy, dry and soft with sharp hops cutting in. Nice bitter
