Poured into a Reuben's Brew pint glass. Pours a lightly hazy, medium to dark bronze amber with a fine, two finger head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt, rye and red berries, lightly vegetal. Flavor is biscuit and rye malt, mildly dry grass hops, hay, light rye tartness, graham cracker, sunflower seed. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A pleasant surprise, I didn't know what to expect from this grain (a quick internet search explains the rye notes I tasted; it's a hybrid of wheat and rye and tastes like it). I'm a fan of rye ales and this has character of both whole wheat and rye and it's a winning combination.Flavor is quite full for a
