Lol we were not expecting a milk stout to be that good. Heavy orange flavor and with a milky malt note at the beginning, slowly rolling into a surprising vanilla note just before its done. Reminded me alot of a dreamsicle.

A big mouthful of citrus. Candied orange peel flavor is solid, but I think it overwhelms the base. No real barrel character.

Motor oil black in color, mocha legs that slither down the glass after you take a sip.
The beer smells awesome. it smells like a choclate orange!
Taste is close to the nose with some heat towards the end of the sip
The beer feels just like it should, smooth, chewy and the right amount of carbonation in it!
If this beer is bottled, I will chase!

Orange with a stout in a barrel?? As much as I didn't want to like this I ended up liking it. It reminds me of a grand marnier truffle, or a boozy chocolate orange candy.
