Excellent aroma and great flavor from the Barrel and coffee with a hint of vanilla. Was looking for a little more from the base stout though. Solid enough beer.

One of the best BA variants. Flavors, mouthfeel, all came together. Marshmallow / pillowy texture. Not a lot of barrel flavor though.

The barrel, coffee and vanilla with the sweet stout give an excellent combo. The barrel aging almost seems to give these beers a thicker mouth feel which I like. The warmer it gets the more flavor that emerges.
