Appearance: Pours like a Belgian Stout should, with very tight bubbles building a massive tan head; very dark brown liquid underneath; excellent retention and lacing action
Smell: Toasted brown bread, somewhat smoky with a hint of Baker's chocolate
Taste: Lightly toasted brown bread forward, with chalky chocolate undertones; smoky, through the middle, with spicy Belgian yeast tones building in the middle; the finish fades out somewhat
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation; a very Belgian feel but rather aqueous for a stout
Overall: Enjoyable to drink but has a few shortcomings in the flavor and mouthfeel departments
Thanks, darktronica, for the opportunity

Better than most smoked beers I've had but just something about the smoke flavor I don't care for.
