Appearance- The beer was a black color with a beautiful mocha color tent to the head.
Smell - The beer smells like a pretty straightforward stout. There is some sweetness but it doesn't necessarily equate to marshmallow.
Taste - At the front, I detect burnt sugar, molasses, and some dry malts. I really get the sweetness of the marshmallow more toward the back. I find myself wishing for a little bit more marshmallow, although I don't want overly cloying sweetness.
Mouthfeel - It seems strange, but there is almost a fluffiness to the mouth feel. It is definitely smooth.
Overall - Marshmallow fluff and a beer? Why not. I like it.
