From a 16oz can dated 7/25/18. Pours a thick oily black with no head to speak of. Nose gets bitter chocolate and licorice. Taste follows the nose, very sweet finish. Incredibly thick and chewy, no carbonation to speak of. Probably wont buy it again, but if i saw a barrel aged version.......who knows.

Hmph... there's two listings for the same beer.
On tap at the brewery.
Dark, still pour. The aroma is smooth chocolate, very very sweet. The flavor is that of incredibly sweet barley with minimal hops and a surprisingly quenching, astringent finish.
This is a okay beer, but the sweetness is a bit much. It's not as good as the usual offerings from 18th Street.
