Copenhagen 25/5 2019. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Very green can with some Home-grill equipment, Skulls and a Dog head.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is not too sweet, citric and fresh. Light sweetness from pale malts, fresh wet grass, citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and very lively texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, dry bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is dry. The bitterness lingers for a while.
Pleasantly bitter pilsener. A bit unbalanced to the bitter side. But it is indeed perfect for a sunny afternoon on the patio.

Not a typical Pilsner, but tasty nonetheless. Poured slightly hazy with a nice fluffy head with staying power. Like I said, not a typical Pilsner, but some of the aspects are there. Pilsner malt and some lemony hops. It was very citrusy and reminded me more of a IPL than a Pils. I would and will happily drink it again though.

L; Pours a bright yellow gold color with a small white head and a few fingers of lacing on the glass.
S: Nice note of floral saaz hops, notes of lemon and light pine. A nice crackery malt underneath. Smells fairly hoppy for a pils definitely an American take on it.
T: Strong noble hop, the saaz hops are definitely noticeable. Notes of lemon and floral hops with a light crackery malt. Definitely a pretty hoppy pilsner.
F: Light body, crisp and easy drinking.
O: This is a nice hoppier pilsner.

Nice crisp pilsner obtained fresh from 18th Street Brewery. No date printed on can. Pours a clear golden color with some fluffy white head and small sheets of lingering lacing. Smells of crisp corn, grain, malt, caramel, cracker, faint floral hops. Taste follows the nose, good balance and very refreshing. Excellent flavors. Smooth crisp mild mouthfeel, good carbonation retention. A great beer for a hot summer’s day.

Classic pilsner yellow body; lively carbonation; thick and frothy white head. Nice smell blend of cracker and biscuit with a note of herbal hop character. Nice malt base, mirroring the cereal grain quality noted in the smell; some mineral presence; finely balanced hop bitterness. Medium body; crisp with a slight suggestion of warmth on the palate.
This is a nice pilsner find from Hammond, Indiana. More malt-forward with no overpowering hop boldness. Balanced and flavorful and a pleasure to sip.
