Pours an unfiltered pineapple color with a soapy white head that provides splotchy lacing. The nose is filled with juicy citrus notes, including tangerine, papaya, and grapefruit notes that translate directly to the taste.
This is surprisingly juicy and refreshing, with a nicely dry mouthfeel. This is something I’d gladly try again.

I tried a pint of this off the tapper at Elm Street Brewing in Muncie, Indiana as a guest tap. It poured a slightly hazy amber with white head that left some lace. The scent had subtle citrus and grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base with tripical citrus fruit flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a great beer.

Pours a cloudy, dark amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity, caramel malt and tropical/citrus hops, with notes of mango and grapefruit, as well as some herbal accents. Taste is a great balance of biscuity, doughy malt and fruity, herbal, slightly earthy and resinous hops, with tropical and citrus notes of mango, papaya, graperfruit and tangerine, as well as hints of pine. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some mango, grapefruit and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
These 18th Street beers have been incredibly cheap and reasonably fresh for American IPAs here in Germany and I've really enjoyed them so far, great buys. I kinda assumed they were all NEIPAs and was very pleasantly surprised to find out that they are actually traditional, old-school IPAs, with this one being particularly enjoyable. There's a great balance of malt and hops, fruity and herbal, earthy notes to this, finishing with a great, resinous bitterness.

16oz can pour to frosted bar glass. Light pearl hue on head. Lacing even like frosted window pane in winter.
Tropical sweetness on nose. Palate flavors include pear, melon, pineapple. Finishes creamy mild hints of hop. Very pulpy consistency makes me think brew was lightly filtered.
Overall a pleasant drinker.

A: A pineapple pour yields to a medium dense orange coloring in the chalice. The silk white colored head sits a comfortable 3 inches above, with lots of porous air pockets for support. An entanglement of spiderweb design for a lacing pattern while the carbonation levels were slow and lazy on the rise, composed of mid-size bubbles. A second pour from the pint can produced a rushing cascade of haziness, golden particulate matter, dancing in the new found rush. A good density of yeasty haze clouds the once medium clarity and thickens things up a bit.
S: Fresh breakfast juice opens the nose, cantaloupe, honey dew, grapefruit and orange juice all combine to give a wet and juicy aroma. Some light pear and apricot add background along with some semi-tart pineapple and kiwi, all of good strength and balance.
T: The flavor was tart tangerines and grapefruit from jump street. Succulent on the opening sip, with dank peaches and citrus that follow. A dry hopping of piney-grass hops provide a good bite of bitterness and balance to the sweet start, with a touch of sour fruit and lime to add good measure. A small twang of tropical alcohol and hop resins come from the 8.3% abv.
M: Juicy and dank mouthful, good depth with just the right amount of carbonation. Really slick and smooth texture here.
O: Overall juicy and dank hop flavors with a mid-range hop bitterness follows combines to make a solid drinking ipa with a smooth transition and some noticeable alcohol content. Slides down fairly well, optimized for drinking without sacrificing hop content. Big mouthful, slick, and big all around.

What the first reviewer said... this beer is phenomenal. So much sweet fruit goodness. So incredibly smooth on the palate.
