16 ounce can, canned on 03/30/2023, another brew thanks to Brutaltruth! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like coffee, burnt/charred malt, maple, dark chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla. Taste pretty much follows the aroma, but there's also some caramel noticeable too. Nice balance between all the flavors, it does lean sweet tasting but not overpoweringly so. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this breakfast stout, certainly worth a try if you're into sweet tasting stouts like this!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This very nice stout pours a dark
coal black with a nice head of brwon foam that dissipates to a thin ring
with light lacing. Nose of dark cocoa, dark coffee, rich maple, and cinnamon
toast. Flavors follow the nose with dark cocoa, dark coffee, brulee, char,
vanilla, maple, and cinnamon like a nicely presented french toast dusted with
powdered sugar and cinnamon. Mouth feel is smooth, low carbonation, rich,
coating, full body, and a finishing with a bitter malt note.

Overall, a solid breakfast stout that only gets dinged on the mouth feel
needing a touch more carbonation. That said it is solid!

Cheers
