Amber brew with a thin foam in the glass. Fizzy on the tongue. Some pear, fruity aroma. Quite sweet and bready. I think of Pop Tarts. Eventually the Belgian yeast exerts itself and there's a drying finish. Kind of an odd duck, but interesting. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Wilbur's Total Beverage in Fort Collins.

This was my favorite of the four samplers I tried. Very solid brew here and one I'd get again for sure. Strong but not overpowering, you can definitely taste the 8% ABV, but it doesn't drown out the delicate hop flavor. Great representation of the style.
