A nice pale with the seven C-hops (don't tell Seven Seas Brewery)
Nice golden color, large foamy white head. A bit hazy
Aroma is light considering all the hops used. Nothing bad here, just light. Light on the biscuit, too. Which makes it approachable. hard to rate being a beer geek, as most customers probably won't be all that nosy
Flavors are light, too. Just a hint of butteriness in the back. Malt is light cookie. Of the hops used, the citrus and tropical come out up front. Pine and earth are in the background. Needs more of something, maybe dry hopping or more attenuation with the yeast.
Nothing bad here, room for improvement.
