Pours a cloudy, brown color. 2/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong basil, strong hops, sweet malt, hint of yeast, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of an American Wild Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of basil, hops, sweet malt, hint of pale malt, slight yeast, and a hint of alcohol. Overall, good appearance, aroma, body, and feel, but was dominated by basil to a point that it hurt the beers blend.
