Spent an afternoon sampling beers yesterday amd this was the first we tried...
To say it's unique is a fair assessment.. these guys do terrific work...
Perfectly balanced...the finish is deep and earthy...very approachable...
The hickory gives it a toasted character that sets it apart... really unique and quite tasty...
