Had on tap. This was perhaps the strangest yet tastiest sour of the day! The fennel provided an anise flavor, to go with tart blueberries, rustic wood and a finish that was perfumey. Smell was bitter fennel up front with blueberry and cherrywood taking over, little muddled in the middle. Feel is lighter, sneaky sweet in the sour, and complex in darker tones.
