Very bubbly mostly clear gold with a huge white head. Leafy and herbal aromas collide with belgian yeast, very heavy and rustic wood, lemongrass and mild fruits esters of elderberry and mandarin orange. Taste is another story, herbal and funkily botanical, the nice part, before descending into squash, melon, juniper berry, moldy wood, and black pepper. More interesting than drinkable. Feel is sharp with the botanicals, smooth out yeastiness. It's great expect the taste!
