These Steinbiers are brewed with dozens of wild herbs and spices and a variety of malts, hops, and yeasts, and this incredible variety was made to showcase the flavors that glowing hot granite rocks add to all styles of beer.
Marzen-style lager brewed with Pilsner and Munich malt. Illinois-grown Chinook hops were used for for bittering and Crystal hops for aroma. Fermented with lager yeast.
