A - Pours a clear golden body, that as gets deeper in the bottle turns to a more hazy body, short white head that bubbles away like soda, leaving no head or cap, and no real lacing, either.
S - No offers a quiet apple note, a bit of skin, and a strong acidic bite.
T - Sharp acidic open, reminding me of granny smith apples, a middle introduces some subtle minerality and grape white wine notes, with a sharp acidity and apple skin bitterness in the finish.
M - Moderate weight, strong tart acidity on the tongue, and a lingering prickliness through the close, lasting long after all elements fade away.
O - This one has rested in my cellar for a year, in the frig for another, before I decided to tap today. This provided solid acidic Wild notes over an apple core. The main detraction is that the fruit often offers a greater range of flavor than this grapewine does, with the acidity somewhat eclipsing other elements often present with apples and grapes.

The beer lives up to its name.. smell andtaste of sweet apples and white grapes. Some tart funk but it’s is pretty mellow. Very nice depth of flavor. Fruitiness extends to some lime and orange as well.
Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Murky orangish yellow color with effervescent white head and little lacing. Nice feel for the style. Very flavorful and enjoyable!

Murky pale golden body with a white ring. Smell is the strongest aspect and yet it is still very mild with apple, musty grape, oak and Brett. Taste is a watered down version of nose with mostly apple and yeast. Thin and barely sour, almost watery, with a wild finish that is subdued. This didn't do it for me
