Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a huge head that retains well and leaves copious lacing
Smell: Perfumed carrot and herbal tones with funky yeast-driven aromatics
Taste: Farmhouse funk with leathery and herbaceous tones; hints of carrots and nettles
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with high carbonation
Overall: A very distinctive beer but you have to like this sort of thing and I do
