Classic German-style pilsner brewed with sassafras leaves from our property. Crisp and lightly bitter with a citrus aroma from the leaves and a touch of extra body and kettle caramelization from our wood-fired kettle.

I had this on draft 9/12/24 @ the Hopleaf.
See-through orange/yellow appearance.
Big bright white head; frothy lacing remained.
Soft lavender & faint funk notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
