Aromas of light booze and toasted malt.
Flavors of sweet, lightly roasted malt and a slightly funky yeast strain. Not really barny, more like a bright fruity yeast.
Smooth and clean.
If you’re into wheat beers, this is stellar, especially for the strength. A true wheat bock. This is seriously good, impressive for Schonbuch.
