From the 0,33l new style German stubby bottle, it pours a clear golden color with a nice white head that slowly reduces. The nose gets a light grassy scent, followed by the mouth getting a solidly malty brew that leaves a mild aftertaste. very lightly spicy.
Decent export.

Best by date of 31.07.23 on the label. Tons of this at the local Edeka so had to try a 0,5l bottle. Clear, crisp, full-bodied, with a strong malt backbone and a bit of spice in the finish. A bit stronger than their Ur-Edel, which must be why this is “spezial.”
