This was my first culture beer and first exposure to mosaic hops. Reminded me a bit of grapefruit sculpin but it was much better than grapefruit sculpin.

The Mosaic hop featured here is not overamped and the flavor shines through. It's a glorious homage to one of my favorite hops. Though lately I've been finding it listed in several bitter over-hopped brews. So taste this one for a textbook example of how good it can be.
You can even taste the pale malt with a little sweetness. So fruity. It's a distinct orange flavor with just a touch of woodiness in the finish. On tap at the brewery in Solana Beach. Golden amber with modest foam. Another excellent Culture beer that should be in cans and sent by the railroad carload across the country.
