On nitro tap at the brewery in Solano Beach.
Pours opaque black with a creamy, durable light brown head leaves the glass coated with spotty lacing.
Aroma: excellent aroma mixes dark roasted grains, coffee and dark chocolate.
Flavor: very good, but not up with the aroma. Lingering dark roasted grain taste with light smoke and faint burnt elements. Appropriately bitter and dry for style.
Feel: Smooth, full body; medium carbonation.
