This is supposed to be brewed with fresh ginger and a hop variety called "Snap," which I don't find any information on. It is quite redolent of ginger but the rest is a mystery. Tangy and spritzy in the mouth with a light body. Color is dark, more red than brown in the Delirium Nöel snifter.
Quite spicy with a bitter cocoa aftertaste. Sweet with malt and an odd cookie taste. Certainly an interesting Winter Warmer sort of brew, but it's a lot of peculiar flavor. Still, it goes down alright. From the 32 oz growler filled at the OB tasting room.
