On-draught @ PHP South. American Pale Ale. 6.0% ABV. $6 USD per 16 FL oz pour.
Yogurty hop taste. 2-row barley/pale malt backbone. Balanced but forgettable; its hop profile isn't particularly effective and it doesn't boast much in terms of depth of flavour.
Drinkable albeit wanting.

White head with lace. Hazy sunset golden orange.
Earthy and tropical. A lot of fruit flavors grapefruit and orange. Floral hops. Medium bodied. Great pale ale.

Cloudy gold/light orange pour with a minimal white head. Nice big citrusy aroma. Taste follows the nose with a big, bold, bitter and juicy citrus flavor. Lots of orange and tangerine flavors standing out, specifically. Bitterness is very strong and lingers long after the last sip.
