Poured from a 25.4oz bomber into a tulip glass. Appearance is hazy orange brown with two finger thick head (fairly good retention). This beer looks juicy, but there is a bunch of cedar in the aroma that hides some of the fruit. However, there is still good flavor combinations with notes of orange, grapefruit pith, pine, melon (Cantaloupe), and resin sweetness. Taste follows the nose with more orange juice/puree flavors coming through. The cedar is a nice addition but still mutes the juiciness of the hops slightly. There is a nice malt backbone that has good sweetness without being overpowering. Bitterness is fairly low. The mouthfeel is soft and medium bodied. There is a good amount of carbonation and a slightly alcohol bite on the finish that is actually quite nice.

Overall, this is an excellent IPA, but I think I prefer the base beer. The cedar is noticeable but doesn't completely overpower the other flavors. For 10.1% ABV, this is pretty drinkable. It is an interesting and well balanced beer that is worth trying.
