On-draught @ Pinthouse Burnet. Odell collaboration beer with cashmere & strata hops. 6% ABV.
Clean and balanced, but wanting in terms of hop pungency. Floral, fruity, cool, refreshing. Pale malt sweetness reigns in any hop bitterness.
More depth of flavour would elevate this. I do like the hop profile.
